National Children's Day

There is some effort to bring back National Children's Day on the 2nd Sunday in June. This year our church decided to be a part of it. The songs were favorites of the children. Scripture pertained to Jesus calling the children to him. We had a commitment service where all the parents/guardians and other adults commited to support, encourage, and nurture the children we come in contact with for the coming year. Each child receive a mememto of the occasion. We may do this every year.
